Our Crew
Owner Jay Brevik spent 30 years commercial fishing and engineering in the Bering Sea, and knows the critical importance of strong quality equipment. As a licensed Chief Engineer, he had the privilege of working on the finest, most sophisticated vessels in the business, and learned how to get things right the first time. He grew up on an island in South Puget Sound, and is of course an avid sports fisherman. Tell him your ideas about your perfect boat, he'd be delighted to hear what you've got in mind!
Jim C. has been with the firm since it started, and knows everything there is to know about building high quality, custom aluminum boats. He's seen it all, and isn't bashful about letting us know if an something isn't right. As one of our head fabricators, Jim can make just about anything, and make it the right way.
Dan M. is our head welder and a remarkable fabricator, and his skills are truly amazing. USCG certified and a true perfectionist, Dan's years of experience makes sure that our weld quality is second to none and that every component is properly fit and functions exactly as designed.
Mike G. is a new addition to our office staff, and functions as our CFO. Mike has years of experience in boat manufacturing and finance, and is a great addition to our staff.
Mike K. is our new welder/fabricator. He has worked for a number of large aluminum boat manufactures, and brings lots of experience and a great work ethic to our team.
David V., the company founder, remains our in-house designer and chief consultant. His skills with CAD design are truly remarkable, and you'll likely have long conversations with him when we start the custom design aspects of your boat.
Amber B. is our in-house book keeper, and makes sure everything continues to add up correctly.
