This is an unsolicited testimonial from Edward Kinegak, of Chevornak, Alaska, a small coastal village on the coast of the Bering Sea. we e-mailed him to see if his boat had arrived in Bethel, and if everything was to his satisfaction. Here's his reply:

Yes!! The boat's performance is exceptional, we had the best time of my life boating it back home. First compliment was in Bethel at the city dock where some welders were just awing the boat and mentioning what a good job on the welding.

After having the boat launched, we headed up river from Bethel to my original home town of Akiachuk, we know we had some heads turning. After loading up some fishing gear we started my journey home, and ended up over-nighting in Kwigillingok,at Johnny F.'s house. He's a good man, he had so many questions about the boat, I'm thinking he called you after seeing my boat you built.

I've been busy fishing halibut ever since we got the boat, now we don't have to worry when the wind starts to pick up when I'm out like 30 plus miles in the ocean. (Bold type is Edward's) Boat performance is the best in the big waves, not like any other boats I've encountered. Overall, I'm giving you guys an A plus for the boats you guys build. we have a lot to say on the boat, maybe the next time.

Here at the shop, we're keeping very busy. We recently launched a 43' x 15' self powered barge for the Squaxin Island Tribe, to be used in their salmon enhancement program. We're currently building a 26' expedition cruiser and a 20' boat for an environmental consulting firm in California. Next up will be a 34' x 12' expedition cruiser and a couple of 12' yacht tenders.
